If you would like to help out at this year’s Show, there are plenty of ways you can! And – you don’t have to be local!
Volunteer Opportunities with a Longer Commitment
Some of the volunteers positions require a longer commitment. We are looking for folks with interest and talent to serve in the following positions:
Show Program Manager: Under full direction of Primary Show Coordinator (PSC) – currently Chris Curry. The Show Program Manager will be the “right hand man” of the PSC, learning all aspects of the Show in such a way as to be able to step in for the PSC. This is a year round position.
Public Relations Coordinator: Duties include, but are not limited to: Create publicity kit to be distributed to PR contacts; create list of publicity contacts; send out press release; seek and develop relationships with artist groups, galleries, magazines, educators; follow up. This is a year round position.
Hospitality Coordinator: Coordinates with social event subcommittee chairs, ensures all event are fully planned and executed. Social events include, but are not limited to: Welcome Party, Opening Reception, Saturday Supper, Lodging. This position is primarily June – September.
